From the heart of the coffea arabica plant Ethiopia comes this coffee, produced in
the Sidamo region by local farmers who work in a co-operative. The flavours are
typical for Ethiopian coffees and contain some citrus and light cocoa aromas surrounded
by some floral and also spicy notes. The body is clean and well balanced,
the acidity is in a medium range. Its aftertaste keeps remaining for a long while.
